In 1979 Joyce Ionns commenced Norfolk Island Secretarial Agency in the same premises that we operate today. NISA as it quickly become known, provided secretarial services to the Norfolk community and in 1980 when Samantha Browne joined the business, NISA also offered accounting services.
NISA has continued to offer secretarial and accounting services both locally and internationally for over 30 years. In 2002, Elizabeth Churchyard acquired NISA and continued to develop the business, particularly as an accounting practice including a change of name to Norfolk Island Secretarial and Accounting, but still maintaining the NISA acronym.
In July 2004, Belinda Grube purchased NISA and in March 2005 re-established the business as Norfolk Island Business Solutions.
Belinda spent 18 years in public practice in Australia prior to returning to Norfolk Island in 2002.
Belinda is a registered Tax Agent and Chartered Accountant and is a member of National Tax Accountants Association Ltd and Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Belinda and the professional team at Business Solutions are able to provide for your personal or business taxation both locally or Australian Taxation as well as secretarial services. The team is proficient in myob, the innovative bookkeeping and accounting software and offer support and training in myob to its clients.

Sally has had over 20 years accounting experience, 10 years of which were spent with a chartered accounting firm in Bundaberg. This provided Sally with experience in taxation, auditing, Australian Taxation Office and ASIC compliance, general book keeping, data entry and business accounting systems.

Petal has been part of the Business Solutions team since 2014. Originally from New Zealand but has lived on Norfolk since 1989. Experienced in book-keeping for a variety of businesses including general data entry, preparation of financial statements, GST and workers compensation returns.
Rebecca became our newest member to the administration team joining us in March 2017. Rebecca is employed on a full time basis to support the admin team and is capable of doing many tasks asked of her including reception, MYOB entries, secretarial services, archiving, filing.
